Who You Are
You are a self-motivated, strategic thinker with at least five years of litigation experience who is eager to take on challenging cases, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s long-term success. You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, are comfortable handling cases independently, and are driven by the potential for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and advocacy.
Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters and firm strategy.
Play an active role in business development and the firm’s continued growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with strong courtroom presence, general litigation and transactional experience.
Admission to practice in New Jersey (Required).
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a long-term career in the firm.
Proclivity toward teamwork, client-centricity, and collaboration with other attorneys and staff.
Eagerness to independently help grow our firm.
