Who You Are

You are a self-motivated, strategic thinker with at least five years of litigation experience who is eager to take on challenging cases, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s long-term success. You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, are comfortable handling cases independently, and are driven by the potential for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and advocacy.

  • Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters and firm strategy.

  • Play an active role in business development and the firm’s continued growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with strong courtroom presence, general litigation and transactional experience.

  • Admission to practice in New Jersey (Required).

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a long-term career in the firm.

  • Proclivity toward teamwork, client-centricity, and collaboration with other attorneys and staff.

  • Eagerness to independently help grow our firm.
