Together, we have more than 40 years of legal and business experience in courtrooms throughout New Jersey. Both Matt and George have served as municipal prosecutors in numerous courts and, together, have tried thousands of cases. Each has represented businesses as corporate counsel and dealt with real world, practical problems.

George J. Singley
George has been an attorney for 30 years and a municipal prosecutor in a host of towns for 25 years. George has also dealt with complex business matters while serving as corporate counsel and in other corporate leadership positions. Before his legal career, he served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps including a tour as an infantry commander during the evacuation of Saigon and other cities in Vietnam. He is married and the father of two daughters.
Matthew J. Gindele
Matthew has practiced in a variety of civil, family law and criminal areas with a primary emphasis as a trial attorney. He is a member of New Jersey Association For Justice, a well-recognized association of trial attorneys. Matt has been appointed as a municipal prosecutor in several municipalities and has also prosecuted thousands of cases in some of the busiest courts in New Jersey. Matt plays competitive hockey and is an avid outdoorsman, fisherman and surfer.
Mark A. Rinaldi
Mark has 30 years of legal expertise, with license to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He had his own law office in Berlin before joining Singley & Gindele in March 2020. Mark is highly regarded throughout the region for his deep experience and professionalism. He believes all legal matters should be handled in the most expeditious and cost efficient manner without compromising on the quality of the legal services provided.
Brian J. James
Brian has years of legal experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. He has prosecuted and defended claims for a broad spectrum of clients, from large scale corporations to individuals. Brian also represents clients in real estate and municipal court matters as well as zoning and land use proceedings. A graduate of Widener University School of Law, he also served as a judicial clerk in Burlington County Superior Court. Brian enjoys spending time with his family and traveling when possible. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding and staying active.
